BMM Consulting at HR.Weekend 2026: Where People, Processes and Technology Meet

BMM Consulting took part in this year’s HR.Weekend in Rovinj, bringing together HR professionals, business leaders and experts from across the region to exchange ideas about the future of work, digital transformation and modern people management.

For our team, HR.Weekend was an opportunity to bring the conversations we have with companies every day into a broader regional context: How can organizations connect people, processes and technology to create meaningful and sustainable transformation?

When HR Meets Transformation

Our Managing Director, Mirko Đukić, joined the panel “When HR Meets Transformation: Who Changes Whom?”, which explored the role of HR in organizational and business transformation.

One of the key questions was where technology ends and real organizational transformation begins.

Introducing a new system, process or operating model is only part of the journey. Transformation creates value when people understand the change, adopt it and are able to incorporate it into their everyday work.

This is why successful digital transformation requires more than technology. It requires a clear understanding of business processes, organizational needs and the people who will ultimately use the solutions being implemented.

From Strategy to Execution

BMM Consulting was also proud to sponsor the panel “Outsourcing: When Strategy Turns into Execution.”

The discussion addressed important questions around partnerships, responsibility and execution, including how organizations decide which capabilities to develop internally and where the right external partner can bring additional expertise and value.

These topics closely reflect the way we approach digital transformation at BMM Consulting.

We do not look at technology in isolation. We start by understanding business processes, organizational requirements and user needs, and then design and implement digital solutions that bring these elements together into a functional system.

A significant part of our HR.Weekend experience also happened away from the stage.
